Our organic garlic granules are simply dried garlic that has been coarsely ground to a sand like consistency with nothing else added.
Dried garlic granules have so many uses in the kitchen. Use them to fry or bake vegetables, mushrooms and other foods, or let their flavour infuse your tomato-based dishes, curries, soups and other hot sauces. Alternatively, create a simple flavourful garnish by mixing them with a high-quality seasoning (such as Himalayan salt), ready to grind over all your favourite meals.
