Our Young Gouda Cheese is soft, creamy, and naturally matured for just 4 weeks, giving it a mild, smooth flavor with less salt. Unlike aged cheeses, which take months or even years to mature, young cheese has a shorter aging process, making it tender and easy to enjoy.
